Martin handles real estate transactions relating to residential, industrial, commercial and condominium matters for both the Vendor and the Purchaser, including preparing Agreements of Purchase and Sale as well as Leases. Martin also deals with litigation arising from failed real estate transactions, mortgage enforcement, construction problems, fence disputes, and right of way issues.

Services related to leases are usually billed on an hourly basis, although as part of a larger transaction, it may be part of a fixed price.

Residential real estate transactions start at $650 for Martin’s time on a sale and increase depending on the nature of the transaction. In most cases, an estimate can be given on both fees and the estimated disbursements.

Some issues affecting fees are the type of property involved and the existing and contemplated use of the property.
